we will combine shipping where we can but due to high volumes of damages we cannot combine certain musical items ie amplifiers , receivers , tape decks , record players these items are strictly 1 item per box as too many
are getting damaged when 2 or more are put in 1 box other items like thin cd players tuners etc i can put 2 in a box but you need to ask before hand so i can measure the size and weight to make sure boxes are packed safely
as we need to cut down on the damages getting caused in transit

anything listed as not working ,untested,spares or repairs, faulty is exempt from our 14 day returns, they are listed as non working and they are strictly sold as faulty not working therefore we cannot accept returns on these items.

due to people bidding and never having any intention of paying . we have now had to set ebay to automatically open cases 4 days after auction ends ,after those four days ebay give a further four days to make payment , if no payment is made within the 8 day period ebay automatically close the case ,give the non paying auction winner a strike, we have had to do this due to the rise in non paying bidders ,as to get our final value fees back and also ,so that we can relist the item for a genuine buyer who actualy wants it , sorry if this seems a bit harsh , but its something we had to do ,if you have a good excuse as to why payment will be longer than 8 days message us and as long as genuine we will help you wherever we can .

all items we sell are 99% of the time used goods so please expect there to be some scuffs ,marks, scratches to the items ,we try our best to get good photos to show any cosmetic damage or imperfections and we will put in the listing if its anything other than normal wear and tear so please see photos and look carefully for any cosmetic imperfections ie scuffs scratches etc, before bidding .

We are a national collector and processor of electrical goods. We collect from various sources, including high street store customer returns. We evaluate and select a small percentage of items for re-use and re-sale.
We will always describe items correctly and honestly. You will receive exactly what has been described and photographed. This means if it is not photographed or described then it will not be included (i.e. power leads and remotes). Typically speaking if the power cord is detachable (figure 8, kettle lead etc.) then it will NOT be included.
We very rarely sell items with remote controls so please assume if there is no remote pictured in the listing then there is not one included.
Unfortunately, we have been the victim of fraudulent returns. As a result, all items are security marked/tagged, including void stickers. Should items be returned and the void sticker has been removed then the return will be invalid. If you try to repair the item yourself, or involve a third party to do this, a return (including partial refunds) will not be accepted so please get in touch with us if there is an issue with your item before attempting to repair it yourself. Please be aware that hard drives will be fully checked if returned and all hard drives are sent out with a void sticker. If the void sticker is removed your return is not valid and no refund will be given.
Please keep all packaging until you are sure you will be keeping your item (we recommend keeping it for the full 14 day return window) as items need to be returned to us in original packaging. PLEASE NOTE items listed as faulty. spares repairs untested,not working are exempt from 14 day returns

We offer combined shipping on items that will fit into one box. If they will need to be boxed in 2 or more boxes then a reduced shipping fee will be offered. Please invoice us with the items you have won and we will adjust the P&P fees accordingly.
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. However, sometimes there are delays during busy periods.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch. All of our items are sent tracked which will update on your account once the item has been dispatched.
If you want to retract your bid or cancel your order then this must be done by you, the buyer. We no longer will do this as the account is not monitored 24 hours a day or at weekends so we cannot guarantee that we will see any messages about bid retracting before the listing ends. Please read all listings carefully and make sure you are happy with the items working & cosmetic condition before bidding.
