This Power Amplifier bought as a ‘Kit’ – and has been assembled and is ready to use.
The components are all the original components supplied with kit – except – for the black chassis ‘top plate’
where valve sockets are located. This has been replaced with a black ‘anodised’ panel which enhances the appearance.
There is an opportunity for enthusiast to ‘upgrade’ various components to increase sound quality – of what is already an excellent sounding Power Amplifier.
Each channel input stage uses one 6AU6 valve and one ECC82.
The output stage uses 2 x pairs of 6CA7EH Russian output valves – power output being 25 watts per channel – R.M.S.
There are 5 input channels using gold plated RCA phono sockets + 2 x Tape Output Sockets.
Speaker output terminals comprise of 2 pairs of gold plated ‘binding posts.
3 x large chrome control knobs are located on front panel for controlling Source, Volume and Power On/Off.
