Wilmslow have been in business 40 odd years, so they have been going some time. Offering there products direct to the public, cutting out the middle man. And eliminating the massive mark up seen on commercial available speakers. Which you are paying a high price for a wooden box, and cheap drive units. This is not the case with these speakers, these use expensive high grade driversMint condition pair of Wilmslow Encore loudspeakers
These are basically brand new at a considerable saving over what I paid for them
300w 3way 8 ohms
10 inch volt bass drive unit
3 inch Volt soft dome midrange
Scanspeke Illuminator tweeter
The internal damping is acoustic foam and bitumen, and also wool felt which is apparently one of the best materials for the damping of loudspeaker cabinets
Finished in oak veneer with high gloss lacquer
Extremely heavy weighing roughly 45Kg
Would need to be collected due to size and weight
The drive units are all studio grade units. Not the cheap rubbish that is found in the majority of commercially produced loudspeakers
