Vintage Amstrad Integra 4000 HiFi Stereo Integrated Amplifier.
Made in England in the 1970’s.
I doubt there are many of these that have survived!
Even more surprising is that this one is working.
Inputs for Phono (Mag & Cer), Tape, Tuner.Outputs for a single pair of loudspeakersMono/Stereo buttonLoudness buttonScratch & Rumble filtersSlide controls. Knob missing from 1 control. All connection are DIN typeWooden case: measures approx. 345 x 248 x 75mm.230/240 VAC mains operation.
The case needs re-gluing to keep it together.
It still works but don’t expect too much from it.
Anyone old enough to remember these early products will recall that Amstrad were the masters of advertising, showing them ‘all singing, all dancing’ for not a lot of money.
