Shown here and for auction are my beloved Vienna Acoustics Beethoven Baby Grand Symphony Edition Audiophile Speakers. Condition is used but VGC with only minor wear marks, none of which have any effect on the sound and hardly notice in situ. The main (and only real) marks are the two shown in pictures 10 and 11, one being on the rear top corner and the other the bottom front corner and actually look worse in the photos than they are. I chose these speakers after many months of demoing various makes, both in shops and at home, preferring their sound to B&W 803 and 804s, Monitor Audio PL200s and GX200 and 300s and PMC Twenty25/6s as well as a number of other popular speaker makes. They have a wonderfully clean, fast and deep bass, sublime mid range and beautiful highs, allowing long listening sessions without any issues of fatigue. I am only changing them because of an opportunity for a serious upgrade and the dreaded upgrade bug having bitten me, though I am still questioning whether I am not doing something I am likely to regret later in changing them for a different model, albeit by the same manufacturer. These are not often available on either eBay or other similar sites and when they do become available are usually the older versions bearing the same name (all Vienna Acoustic speakers in this range are named after famous composers) but the BBG SE should not be confused with these earlier versions as the drive units, crossovers, bracing and most other components are all revised or upgraded.
