FAQ I Can’t Get it to work. Please check if it is connected correctly. If you are not sure, please connect to your smartphone via bluetooth to test whether it works. If not, contact customer service for help. Why does it emit noise during connection. If you use AUX in connection and plug into the USB charging, it will have Current sound. It is normal. You can take off the USB charging cable or just press ‘Pause’ button to cancel this noise. I connect the soundbar via usb to my smart tv but no volume.
The usb cable is not the right connection way. Please use AUX cable or bluetooth to connect your TV. Why the sound is tinny? Please check if you have use the right controller to control the volume. If your TV have multi-connection, such as TV box, you may set it via your tv volume or TV Box controller.
