This brand new Audio Classiqueproduct is far superior to the original acrylic Armboards, using the very bestquality materials and being 10mm thick (the original was about 5mm) it matchesthe height and profile of the TD124 perfectly and provides a much more rigidbase for the tone arm.
The 3009 Tone arm mounting has beenre-engineered and now provides a highly effective but simple integratedmounting arrangement for the SME. Allowing it to be set up perfectly, puttingthe rubber grommets under perfect compression or to be tightened down firmly ifhard mounted (without grommets). This design solution makes the Arm/Armboardassembly far more rigid to the obvious benefit of the audio performance.
