Good condition Technics EPC 205C Mk3 moving magnet cartridge. Plays well, tracks fine, but cantilever does lean to the right [see pictures].
Otherwise in excellent condition. Plays well and sounds lovely – see the comments on line: this was a top cartridge, rivalling the moving coils from the likes of Supex and Dynavector, which got all the press. It was one of the few MM cartridges to get a boron cantilever. Playing weight is low [1-1.5g] and it has a very flat response across its range [I think Hifi News looked at the cartridge last year in one of its ‘past greats’ articles].
For many people these are some of the best MM cartridges ever made.
