This is a most attractive red & black “FERGUSON 3010” vintage record player, circa 1963, that has been fully serviced and is offered in perfect working order and very good overall condition.It has a VALVE amplifier with rotary controls for “ON/OFF/TONE” and “VOLUME”. The amplifier has been fully checked & serviced and is in full working order with a lovely, warm sound reproduction.It has a four speed “BSR UA25” auto-changer; which can play records manually, or up to six records can be loaded for automatic operation (at either 16, 33, 45 or 78 rpm); all fully serviced and working 100% correctly.It has a genuine BSR stereo compatible cartridge & a brand new stylus.Cosmetically, it has been fully cleaned inside and out & is in very good overall condition; as you can see it really does look smart. The perfectionist should note that the red material has a patina of age with some marking in places, but on the whole for a fifty three year old portable item the condition is remarkable. In my opinion this is a much better option in terms of looks and performance than the similarly aged Dansette models such as the Major and Tempo etc. This is quite a rare model so don’t miss it.It has a new mains lead and a new correctly fused mains plug and is ready to plug in and enjoy.It will come with a copy of the original instruction leaflet(s) for the auto-changer, a copy of a period record player advertisement, printed information on stylus replacement, and a complimentary record to add to your collection.
