We have these preowned Spendor A7 Floorstanding Speakers in Walnut. They are in very good condition, there is a very small scratch under one of the tweeters which can be seen in the pictures attached. They come with the original box/packaging & front speaker covers.

SPENDOR 180mm BASS-MID DRIVE UNIT
At the heart of the A7 is a new Spendor designed and engineered 180mm bass-mid drive unit. It features an EP77 polymer cone and new surround and suspension materials with outstanding thermal and mechanical stability. The driver has excellent power handling and extremely good low-level linearity. Key electrical, mechanical and damping parameters have been optimised to ensure consistent low frequency performance and sound in any listening room.
CROSSOVER NETWORK
A meticulously refined crossover network integrates the drivers seamlessly to deliver vivid, dynamic, but always natural, sound. The crossover network has precision wound highlinearity tapped inductors which avoid the distortion introduced by attenuating resistors and allow very fine tuning of both frequency and phase response, which is essential to achieve a coherent balanced sound.
WIDE-SURROUND 22mm TWEETER
A 22mm wide-surround tweeter combines the extended frequency response of a small diaphragm with the low frequency characteristics of a larger diaphragm to give stable low distortion response over a very wide frequency range. The unique diaphragm profile delivers a smooth extended high frequency response over a very wide listening area. The tweeter has a protective mesh grille.
DYNAMIC CABINET DAMPING
Timing is fundamental to the musical experience. In conventional loudspeakers rigid high density cabinet panels are mass-damped to reduce cabinet-talk. Spurious energy is stored and released slowly. This creates unacceptable blurring and slowing of the sound. Spendors solution is Dynamic Damping. Small low mass constrained polymer dampers at key energy interface points instantly convert any spurious energy in the cabinet into inaudible heat. The result is a naturally fast engaging sound.
EASY TO DRIVE
Internal cables are high-grade silver plated pure copper with halogen free dielectric. High linearity audio grade capacitors and an easy to drive 8ohm load ensure uncompromised performance and complete compatibility with all good amplifiers and cables.
STABILISER INSERTS
The base of the plinth has four machined steel stabiliser inserts. These contribute to the neat appearance and good stability of the slim cabinets. The stabilisers are secured directly into the main structure of the cabinet so that micro-movement or flexing of the plinth and feet (which blur fine detail and destroy ambience) is eliminated.
