What is a refurbished product & what to expect when buying a refurbished item?
All of our items are refurbished by our professional warehouse dedicated to fully testing and refurbishing our items. We get our items from reputable retailers, most of our items are ex-display items or customer returns. Refurbished items can be almost identical to a new item depending on the grading of the item and if there are any minor faults with the item.

SHIPPINGOur main courier is APC Overnight ? All items paid for before 2:00pm will be shipped on a next working day delivery (excluding bank & public holidays). Our courier aim to have all items delivered by 12pm so you?ll need to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Unfortunately we do not ship any items on a Saturday ? Therefore any items paid for after 2.00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
No item will be left “safe” or with a neighbour.Small items such as parts that are below 11 in value will usually be sent with Royal Mail 1st class or 1st class signed for. If you would like to know how your item will be sent then feel free to contact us via the eBay messaging service.International orders are shipped via ebay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) check with them to see if your country is viable. They may charge extra to have this shipped to your country which is out of our hands on how much or any information on the status of said delivery. This is down to GSP to be consulted.
