Here is my Sony CDP-790 modified and upgraded in very good working conditions and sounds very nice too.
You will be pleasantly surprised with the sound quality of this player. Just provide a CD with high quality studio or a live recording and you will hear the difference.
I have modified many different models of CD players and can tell that this player will give you a lot of high quality music enjoyment for its modest price.

This player is based on Analog Devices AD1860 DAC; There are 2 DACs, one for each channel.

This player is upgraded and modified. I have added addition capacitance for fine noise filtering.
Laser mechanism is Sony KSS-240A. It reads CDs very quickly and track well. The laser lens is cleaned.
Output OPAMP is replaced by LME49720 top of the line part for this purpose.
Output RCA connectors are cleaned.
Shipping will be with postal services including tracking number and full value insurance. I will make sure it is very well packed up for safe arrival. The buyer will pay actual shipping cost as the listed shipping cost is the best estimate.
