Easy wireless setup
The PLAY: 1 Wireless is so simple to set up, requiring no rewiring or complex programming. The simplest way to get started is to download the free Sonos app and then follow the simple instructions.
If you have an internet router in the same room as where you want to play your tunes, you’ll be able to use an Ethernet cable to connect it straight to your PLAY:1.
Establish a personal wireless network so you can play music from a compatible Android or Apple device. If you prefer, there’s the option to connect a Sonos BRIDGE to your wireless router for a wireless link to the Sonos PLAY:1 Wireless Multi-Room Music System.

Control and expand your music
You’ll be able to search, browse and play music over your Sonos PLAY:1 Multi-Room Speaker using the dedicated Sonos Control or the free Sonos Controller Apps for your Android, iPhone, iPod touch or iPad devices.

Shipping & Collection
We are unable to ship items to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, if the item is sent to an address and is then shipped outside the UK, we will not be held responsible for damage that happens in transit. We can also only dispatch to the address supplied at checkout and we can not change delivery address post-payment.
Eligible items will be dispatched within 2 working days by DPD using their next day service (not guaranteed).
Alternatively, Items are available to collect from the store location. If an item is collection only, we are unable to post the item and will require you to collect the item from the specified location. If you pay via PayPal prior to collection you will require photo ID as proof of identity for security purposes.
Cash & Cheque Express operates from 8 locations, though the local town the store is located in is specified in the description above, we are unable to respond to questions regarding our full address prior to purchase due to eBay Policy restrictions.Payment
We ask that payment is made within 48hrs by PayPal and multiple purchases can normally be combined to reduce postage costs. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please request the details and Cash/Card payments can be made only when collecting items in the store.

We offer a 14 day, peace of mind no quibble guarantee. Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item and you can send it back to us for a full refund, buyer will need to pay return postage.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, e.g. New & Sealed items must be returned Sealed.
We also offer a 30-day money back guarantee for any faulty items. Simply contact us, send the item back and we will refund the full amount. A postage label will be made available to you for the return of the item.
