Sonos Connect and Arcam Sonlink DAC. Sonos Connect with a stacking, purpose designed DAC – all you need to turn your existing hifi into a Sonos system. The Arcam DAC is a higher quality DAC compared to the standard internal Sonos DAC. It is plug and play, connect the single digital coax to the Sonos device then connect the stereo outputs to your amplifier or powered speakers. The Sonos will automatically bypass the internal DAC and instead route it tobthe Arcam sonlink.Everything else is still controlled as previous by the Sonos S1 software.
