Firstly it is important to know exactly what part of your speaker has failed!
If a ‘tweeter’ or ‘woofer’ is not working, first check your ‘bi-wire’ links (If using them)
Then substitute the non working drive to the same position on the working speaker,
making sure the speaker is NOT connected to any amplifier first!
(Also at this time check and ensure the crimps/solder connections are well made)
If the fault moves with the drive unit, then that drive would likely be the problem
(Check it with a meter or get someone to test it for you if unsure!)
If the fault stays with the same speaker/position, double check everything again
And then remove the crossover to check the exact model number and revision
(MAKE A NOTE (Or take a picture) of the connections before removing!)
If unsure PLEASE PLEASE ask FIRST and I will do my best to help in any way I can

NEVER place or store a drive unit face down as damage to the surround and spider may/will occur!

and great physical condition showing only one very minor dent to edge by the surround
(And with some care I think that might very easily come out)
Nice fully formed rubber surround, straight spider with no chaff on cone movement etc.
Sweep, spot and programme tested with no buzz rattle or odd resonance
Nearest mm as measured by me:- OVERALL 153mm x 165mm
