Schiit Asgard 2 headphone amplifier, very nice condition. For sale is my Schiit Asgard II headphone amplifier. In very good condition and boxed. Comes with the mains lead. Lovely sounding amplifier, it has a gain switch on the back to help power higher impedance headphones and seems capable of driving almost any headphone out there. The Asgard 2 has a set of pre-amp outputs that can be linked to a power amplifier if needed but these mute if headphones are plugged in, after all, who wants to have headphones on and listen to speakers as well, pointless. The power comes from a Class “A” output stage, so can run warm to the touch, but that is within the design of the device, not a problem.
