This auction is for a Sansui au-2200 integrated stereo amplifier. Although modestly rated at 10 watts a side, I’ve had this drive Castle floor standers, Monitor Audio Bronze bookshelf speakers and little Mordaunt-Short Genie’s and it’s been absolutely at ease in all instances. Missing a knob for the balance control, a button cap and a lever cap for the infamous ‘loudness’ control. The power/speaker selector control currently has an old bakelite knob held ion place with a grub screw. You could easily restore the cosmetics with a set of aftermarket knobs if it’s important to you. This amp has a really nice tone, as is true of all in the Au series. Priced to sell as i’m moving house imminently. Cheers.
