Rare to eBay & around 20 years old, this Pre/Power combo is in overall Excellent cosmetic Condition & Full Working order. Consisting of a Passive Pre Amplifier, & Pair of 65w MonoBlock Power Amplifiers with separate Power Supplies ~The main unit’s are finished in a ‘gun metal’ enamel (‘hammerite’ type finish) More importantly, this set-up reproduces great sonics with nice detail & decent power (not ‘earth shaking’ but more than adequate for the average domestic situation) There are a pair of Gold plated RCA Inputs to the rear of the control unit (pre-amp) Twin Outputs are Fixed & Variable types, & the front panel controls simply consist of a central (2 position) input selection knob with a pair of individual L/R Volume potentiometer’s ~ This set-up has proven itself admirably, & is a versatile introduction into the world of Passive Amplification, together with the added benefit of also being a Monoblock system.
