Your goods will arrive within 2-3 working days or 1 working day if you chose Next Day at checkout. Larger TV’s (65″ and above or over 30KG) are sent with a specialised 2-Man delivery team. When it arrives it will be brought into the downstairs room of your choice. Please note that orders received after our cutoff Monday to Friday may not be processed until the following working day. Returns If you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, were happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as you notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt. The goods must be in as new condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. If the fault occurs after 30 days of delivery, but within the guarantee period, we will offer you a prompt repair service*. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the product to us. To take advantage of our low carrier rates, we are happy to arrange a collection for you at your cost. Once the repair has been completed, we will cover the cost of returning it to you.
