A very rare opportunity!!!!
An upgraded Rotel RCD-971 CD Player.Its been upgraded with Cambridge Audio branded Audio grade 6,800uf power supply smoothing capacitors (compare to the 4,700uf originals).
Upgraded with 4 Analog devices AD825 opamps (2 for each channel on a browndog adaptor) Which replaced the 2 old and dull sound OPA2604 originals.
Output Rubycon black gate electrolytic capacitors has been bypassed with 0.1uf ceramic X7R capacitors and Wima film capacitors for decoupling the opamps.
The CD player built in DAC chips are the rare and the very best of multibit DAC chips ever made, the legendary Burr Brown PCM63.
The CD player top cover has been wrapped with black faux leather which gives a bit more luxurious looks compare to the boring flat black paint.
The CD player include its original remote control, no other accessories included.
