ROKSAN XERXES TURNABLE, TABRIZ TONEARM, POWER SUPPLY & HIGH DEF CABLE.

This is an early version of the classic Roksan Xerxes turntable. It is in good condition and has recently been serviced and had the modification to eliminate the usual plinth sagging. The turntable has also been fitted with a Roksan High Definition tonearm cable.
The power supply has been returned to Roksan and it has been upgraded to XPS7 specificication. I wanted to keep the original rosewood case, so Roksan fitted the new electronics into that case.
The lid has a crack by one of the hinges. I drilled and glued this over 10 years ago and my repair is still good and the crack has not got any worse.
The rosewood finish is still in good condition, but there are some small marks in the veneer which can be seen on close inspection. The lid has small scratches and marks, but these are not bad. I hope that the photos show the condition of the turntable, lid and power supply. There is a detailed Roksan Xerxes manual included. I do not have the original packing.
In view of the weight and the possible risk of damage, especially so after the recent overhaul, the item is for collection only. I am prepared to deliver or meet the buyer within a reasonable distance. Because it is for collection only, I expect cash on collection. Please do not pay before contacting me.
