Retro Hi Fi – JVC DR-E11L Stereo . Condition is Used
Listing this as “Spares or Repair” as some bits work and others don’t. However it was working when my Dad last used it so it may be an easy repair?…. or not. Seems a shame to dump it.
It has a radio receiver and arial lead which is working OK, twin casette decks, A works OK, B runs but no sound comes out. There is a separate record deck that also goes round OK but no sound comes out. It also has a graphic equaliser which was just the thing in its day. That is working OK. The leftmost adjuster is a bit loose, but still functions.
The stereo speakers are still in their original box… see photos.
I guess this combo could be fun for a 70’s hi fi enthusiast so long as you know someone who fixes such things. Looks suitably retro on the Hi Fi shelf 🙂
It will be a bit of a drag to pack up and likely to cost more to deliver that you are willing to bid. I travel between Herefordshire and Portsmouth quite often and could help deliver if that works for you. If you are interested contact me via ebay and we can arrange something.
