Very good condition REL S/5 (not the SHO but still an absolute beast) – would have been ‘excellent’ but there is a tiny scratch in the lacquer on the back edge at the top. It was a bit of a shock to find. I’ve shown it on the photo as best I can and you can’t see it when looking from the top. It looks 10 times worse on the photo.
The grill is in reasonable condition. The cloth is very flimsy and is very slightly worn in two places. One is a slight nick at the top right and the other is at the bottom left where something appears to have rubbed against it. Also, two of the mounting pins were broken off whilst in transit when I purchased it. I have stuck them on with araldite and they are solid. when mounted, you can see just a little glue on one of the pins when you get close. I never found these grill issues to affect the appearance of the unit when placed and set up and I have tried to show them at their worst on the photos.
This is a very good sub bass unit as you will already know if you are looking. 2000 when new and the performance certainly reflects that.
Collection only – when I bought it the seller packed the unit up extremely well and the grill still took a little damage. This thing weighs a ton. I am not willing to use a courier even if you offer to arrange one. I have experience where this has gone wrong in the past.
