This is my Radford STA25 series 3 amplifier, with its SC22 Pre-Amp and multi connecting lead. The Pre-Amp is powered by the power amplifier. All fully functional. I’ve been using the power amplifier for a number of years (with a Quad pre-amp) and it sounds great.
The STA25 power amp had its original capacitors and a few tired resistors replaced a few years ago, using quality components – see pic. There is evidence of some overheating in its past life as there is some blackening/damage on the circuit board. This is a previous injury and all is now functioning correctly. Note there are a few scuffs to the case and some scratches on the base plate (see pics).
The SC22 pre-amp has not been used for several years. I’d recommend it is checked over if you are going to use it. Cosmetically it is in excellent condition and is fully working. All the switches are working. It has a wide selection of inputs.
Radford amps have a great reputation and quite a following. I’m selling as I’ve just finished restoring a pair of rare Radford mono amps which I am now using.
