Quad 405-2 & Quad 34 Pre Amp, modded by Avondale Audio
These 2 paired together sound something else. They are not a standard 405-2 and a 34 pre amp the were worked on and modded by Les from Avondale Audio, I have heard the standard but honestly back in the 90s these were some of the best bits of modded kits around. They are both in great working condition but have not been recently serviced.
they have to be sold as a pair because they sound so well together. They did drive my Spendor SP1 and my Sp2s. That was a nice setup, I currently have my last set of Spendors for sale they are bookshelf S3s (see my other listings)
this also comes with an upgraded 240v power supply.
Condition is Used. Dispatched with Other 48h Courier. UK mainland only price 20.00 I will ship anywhere in the world but I would have to get a quote for postage and packing.
all 3 pieces have a few scratches and scuffs but nothing major.
