This is vintage late 1970’s the golden era of hifi.
Pioneer made some super audio equipment in the 1970’s such as the amplifier range SA-7500, SA-7800, SA-8800, SA-9800 then they made a super exclusive super high performance range called Pioneer Spec.
To buy a new pre amplifier of this standard of sound quality you would need to spend at least 5,000.
This Pioneer SPEC range is very rare your lucky to see one of these for sale.
The second bass knob labelled 100hz and the switch labelled attenuator have a little scratching static sound when turned. This is most likely dust build up inside the knobs very common with vintage equipment.
