Panasonic SG-J555L its condition is used. Ive had this from new in the 80s but it has not been used for years.
Approx Dimensions: L- 40cm, H- 27cm, D- 20cm
– single cassette with recording function
– radio
– built in front loading turntable
– plays 7 inch singles and 12 inch LPs
– ambience on off button
It can be run off the mains (lead included) or 8 xD batteries (I have never tried it with batteries)
It is not in perfect condition – see photographs. Marks on top, damage to the end of the aerial also where the batteries go the foam is deteriorating.
The radio and record player appears to work. The door mechanism to the record player works. I noticed that when adjusting the volume there is quite a lot of crackling/ distortion. I have not checked the cassette player element.
It has been dusted but it maybe worth having it serviced to check that all elements are working as they should be and to address the volume / speaker / crackle adjustment issue.
