Matching Pair. Original Stands
Good cosmetic condition there are some marks on the Teak Cabinets See Photo.
Speaker Cloth is only in ok condition although, of course, this does not affect the sound quality.
For the perfectionist – In 1996 I replaced the Bass unit in one of the speakers with a new unit from Spendor, however, the BC1 bass units were no longer available. So this was replaced with a new BC2 bass unit which I was told at the time was a perfect match and I certainly didn’t notice a difference. I have since read up about this with most in agreement its a good match. I do not have the original bass unit as I was told they cant be repaired by Spendor [not true]
Delivery – I have a quote from DPD [two day] of 25 per speaker. If you wish to collect them [i’d prefer this] that’s ok.
Returns: I have checked the speakers guarantee that all units are in working order. Should there be any discussion/disagreement over quality of sound I am happy to have the speakers back but the purchaser would have to pay for postage costs BOTH ways. If you dont agree with this dont bid.
