From the information I have been able to find this appears to be an Ortofon SPU-TE moving coil cartridge originally designed for professional use.
I have mounted it and given it a quick test, both channels work and it sounds well, listed as used but it does look to be in very good condition.
It is worth mentioning that the tape covering the transformer can is lifting.
