RETURNS:
Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving the item.
Buyer must pay original & return postage.

POSTAGE:
We do try and send parcels out as quickly as possible, but during busier times& over the weekend it can take up to two days for us to post a parcel out& an extra day for the courier to collect it from the drop point.
Our courier service is Monday to Friday only, parcels will not be collected fromus or delivered over the weekend.
COSTS:
Please remember it’s not only the actual postage cost. It includes printingink & paper for labelling, the box, tape & packing materials, time&fuel to package & take to the courier, then the 10% eBay take&3.4%PayPal take on the postage youve paid.
For some UK deliveries there is an additional charge to send a parcel to a remotelocation (postcodes beginning IM; HS & ZE) also the Channel Islands.
