Nikko 7075 Amplifier

Big heavy amp, lots of power. Classic retro look.

All fully working. Condition is really good for age with the odd mark. All lights working.

Fantastic sound.. Can be heard working.

Thanks

The Nikko 7075 manual is available here.Hifiengine states the 7075 puts out 38 watts per channel into 8 with .5% THD. These specs are restated in the 1975 Audio magazine annual directory. However the 1976 directory shows different specs with 43 watts per channel into 8. Don’t get out the pitchforks over 5 “extra” watts, because as tested, the 7075 is a stellar performer. The tested THD specs are far lower than the official specs. Julian Hirsch wrote: “The Nikko Model 7075 is an excellent example of unusually high performance from one of the lesser known brands.” Hirsch was the most important audio journalist in the 1970’s.
