Nakamichi BX-100E Cassette Deck
A highly regarded two head deck from legendary Japanese manufacturer Nakamichi.
Recent full strip down and rebuild of the tape transport mechanism including replacement capstan belt and idler tyre. All drives and tape path throughly cleaned and adjusted as necessary.Tape speed etc. set up using a Ferrograph RTS2 and industry standard test media.
This unit overall is in really good condition with just the marks and scratches as shown in the photos. The facia panel is very presentable with very few marks.
On the subject of cosmetic damage in relation to vintage hifi equipment, I’ve tried to illustrate any marks and defects in the listing photos included.
