The ND5 XS BT is in excellent condition. On very close inspection you may notice an imperfection, but nothing of any significance whatsoever.

The Naim ND5 XS operates on 220-240V, 50/60Hz. This is perfect for the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and many other countries.
If the Voltage is different where you live, you will need to convert the Voltage on the Power Supply (either internally or externally) to 230V in order for the unit to operate.
