Selling my Monitor Audio ABS-2Soundbar.Purchased this in 2016 after reading’What Hi-Fi’ review which gave it 5 stars stating it was the ‘bestsound bar irrespective of price’. In 2014 they still gave it 4stars, this only because of new products on the market. If you wantthe technical details they are easy to get on the web as is themanual.It retailed initially at 1000.00 andthe following year was reduced to 800.00 so it didn’t come cheap.I am selling it because I no longer useit as my ears cannot longer appreciate it and I just occasionallyplay songs from my iPhone (which is great and so easy to set upbecause it as ‘Airplay’). It needs a new home and I’ve only put areserve of 100 on it and if you do get it for this price you’ve gota truly great bargain. It really can be quite awesome! One caveat isit’s a bit of a beast and heavy in size and the software I alwaysfound to be a bit fiddly. Small price to pay for such a great sound.It’s in lovely condition as you can seein the photographs (and little used) and comes with a remote controlwhich I forgot to photograph.
I would prefer collection as it is bigbut I can meet within a 50 mile radius (10.00 for petrol). Postageis an option but I would really have to check that out.
