Hinges are also Shortened mains lead replaced with longer lead to moulded UK 3 pin plug.Semi-auto: moving arm to platter switches motor on, lifts and returns at end of a side and motor cuts. Reject during play is returns the arm to rest and cuts the motor. Speed selection achieved by idler wheel moving up or down a stepped motor capstan.
