Their are newer CD players available of course but this came from a generation when Marantz were leading the field in Mid priced players and its built well and sounds ever better.

This is a very sweet sounding CD player benefiting from a replacement drawer belt, the drawers on these players can become noisy and slow, so as this has a new one the issue has dissolved.
Their is no remote control for this as I used the one I have for the amplifier ( now also for sale).
