Very easy and straightforward to install, there are no structural alterations and no drilling required to fit the Audio Classique Armboard andno specialised tools needed, the allen key for attaching the Armboard is evenincluded with the fixing kit.
Recent Feedback for my Linn Armboards
Thefit and finish of the Armboard is excellent and it was exceptionally easy tomount up, courtesy of the insert threads. I have opted for the inserts for thearm base and used the 3mm screws you supplied. I expect the rigidity of theArmboard has contributed to the greater detail and ‘authority’ of the ‘new’LP12.
Received armboard this morning. Very, verypleased. Excellent service. Armboard fitting so much better than Linn’s 3 tinyscrews into MDF. Have had my LP12 since 1976 still all original – this will bemy first step in ‘upgrading’. Many thanks

This AudioClassique product is far superior to the original Linn Laminated and MDFArmboards in all respects. The Armboardmatches the height and profile of the original perfectly. If you already have aRega tone arm fitted to your LP12 the Armboard can usually be quickly and easily swappedwithout the need to adjust the LP12. The caste acrylic construction is theultimate base for the tone arm, and being firmly attached to the sub-chassisprovides a highly desirable totally rigid Sub-chassis/Armboard assembly. This rigidArmboard/Sub-chassis assembly is the most important feature of the AudioClassique Armboard, however not only is the Audio Classique Armboard a straightswap for the original and uses the original sub-chassis mountings holes, theArmboard has a discrete integrated sub-chassis mounting system secured bystainless steel cap head screws. This feature allows the Armboard to be removedtime and again for maintenance and cartridge changing without ANY fear of woodscrews stripping or becoming loose.
