Returns Policy If you are not happy with the item for whatever reason, you may return it for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase. This does NOT apply to item sold with NO RETURN condition.
Fully functioning product: You are entitled to return the product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. you will be deem to have received the item three days (five for international) after your payment was received. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number. Knight Xchange cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to Knight Xchange.
