Up for auction is a JVC TD-W309 double autoreverse stereo cassette deck. The deck is serviced and the following repairs have been done:
– Cleaned the heads and the pinch rollers.
– Changed the belts.
– Adjusted the heads azimuth.
– Adjusted the motors speed and checked the wow & flutter, the value is 0.06%.
– Adjusted the electronics for correct playback/record/bias levels using Maxell UR, Maxell XLii, Sony metal XR tapes.
All the function are working properly. The deck has two main features: the deck A has pitch control and each deck has 3 motors, one capstan motor, one reel motor and one cam motor.
It is a very well build deck with very good performance. The face plate is clean and the top cover has a few minor scratches. This is a 120V model. All the questions are very welcome. Thank you for looking.
