All of my items are sent insured. 3. Time to Dispatch. I often get things out within 24 hours. I have quoted several days as I sometimes have domestic issues. The perils of 4 kids at home and a hectic life. 4. Description and Photos. YOU MUST STUDY THE PHOTOS. If it is not in the photo it is not going to be included. Most common items to be not included are leads, power cables, remote controls, batteries. If the description and photos show it to be included – then it will be included.5. Viewings. I strongly recommend viewing an item prior to bidding. Please contact me to arrange, HP5 3QY. After viewing, I will expect you to bid in the normal way.6. Items arriving damaged. If, in the unfortunate event that your item does arrive damaged, please contact me. It will have been insured. Please take photos of the outside of the box, the interior packing and the damage to the item itself.7. Untested Items. If I list an item as “untested” it literally means just that. I have no idea if it works or not. It was either destined for the tip or ebay and ebay seems like a much more ecological solution… I will list the item at a low start price and allow the market to make their own decision and take their own risks. If it arrives and works… brilliant.. if it arrives and doesn’t.. not so brilliant but that was the risk you took. But the benefit is that you MIGHT get a fully working item for a lot less money than someone selling one as perfect. If it doesn’t work when you get it I will not be able to accept a return for “item not as described or defective”. This does not include items that have been damaged in transit.
