MORDAUNT-SHORT MS914 FLOOR STANDING HI-FI SPEAKERS
Two way floorstanding speakers. Quite old model now but these are in superb condition and fully working with years of life left in them. Light beech although could be light oak finish, virtually unmarked. Nice silver surround around the speaker cones. The tweeter has a small grill over the top of it and the mid-woofer has a nice light centre and a rubber surround – all in excellent condition. Silver coloured feet with spikes (spikes removed for travel but simply hand-screw into place). Gold plated speaker terminals for screw or 4mm plugs. By-wiring or bi-amping connections with heavy duty wired links if you do not wish to use the bi-wiring option. No grills but most people do not like grills on speakers anyway as it is felt they can detract the quality of the sound. Base reflex speaker with the port at the back (so do not place them too near to walls). Unusually these also have a port to enable them to be sand filled in the lower quarter if you wish to do so.
