Die cast Aluminium Turntable Headshell 1/2′ Aluminum
This Buy It Now sale is for a replacement turntable headshell in attractive shiny chromed finish, made from die cast aluminium -not plastic!
This headshell has the standard half inch mount holes to fit your cartridge and SME type fitting to connect to the tonearm.
The cartridge / bolts etc are not supplied – only the headshell & wires (colour coded oxygen free copper with gold connectors) as shown in the photos.
This is a quality item at an great price, ideal to replace your missing headshell or for use with spare /back up cartridges – undoubtedly the easiest & best way to switch between cartridges on any deck that has a suitable arm, simply unscrew collar, pull headshell out / replace and tighten collar – good to go!
This headshell uses the Industry standard headshell barrel size of 8mm diameter X 12mm length, which is compatible with all standard SME type tonearm connectors that use the H4 bayonet mount with a screw collar fitting at the end of the arm …..eg. the same fitting as found on Technics SL1200mkII / 1210 and many / many (most) other decks that use a chromed “S” shaped turntable arm.
I have tested these headshells on the “S” shaped tonearm of a Rotel RP-1500 & found them to give excellent performance & value as well as looking the part. All photos are of close-up of the actual item you will receive, (no “example” photos used) UK stock – despatched quickly.
