Garrard 301 – This rare early grey hammerite rimless grease bearing version, serial number 12119, is offered as a partially completed project which can now be easily reassembled as it is to give excellent mechanical results or stripped fully to undertake cosmetic improvements. The motor has been removed, stripped and totally overhauled by a leading 301 expert and the grease bearing had been thoroughly cleaned ready for new grease. The spark suppressor has been removed and a new one has been attached across the switch contacts. The idler wheel assembly and speed adjustment link have been removed and not yet refitted. The idler wheel is in very good condition as are the bearings. The original Manual is included in the sale as are new On/Off and Speed Selection levers. I’m sorry but I will only ship within the UK to a registered Paypal address. Shipping cost includes insurance and a signature will be required upon receipt. Collection is welcomed and if so cash or bank transfer on collection please.
