Focal Chorus 826v stereo hi end speakers in ebony satin. Condition is Used. There are three marks on sides (please see pictures) and some marks on grilles (nothing major). Otherwise there’s nothing wrong. Perfect working order. Original boxes and accessories included.
I bought them about 4 years ago as an ex demo pair and used them with solid state amplification (Rega Brio and Elicit, Naim, Vincent sv237 and valves) – in my opinion theese speakers like reasonably powerful, valve-like-sounding amplification. It’s time for me to move on to something different – I’ll miss Focal sound but cannot afford to keep multiple sets of speakers and systems. After visiting few audio shows in UK and listening many sets of stereo speakers (Focal an many others) and systems, I can agree with one opinion I found on internet – Focal decided to withdraw Chorus 826v from their offer probably because they were to good for the price.
