One Man’s Junk 4 U
Denon Professional Integrated Amplifier DN-A 100.
Used, was in place working but was replaced with upgraded kit. Includes power cable and Rackmountable bracket. No IR controller.
The front panel of this 70W per channel model features a 6.35mm headphone socket, large volume control, balance control, input selector, and tone controls for bass, treble and loudness compensation which can be bypassed. The A, B speaker selection switches are clearly labeled. The power switch has a standby mode and LED indicator.
The rear panel has an IEC power inlet, four RCA (phono) inputs for CD, Tuner, DVD/Aux and phono (turntable), with a ground terminal for the vinyl source. Two tape recording/monitoring loops are also provided: Tape1/CD-R, Tape2/MD. Speaker outputs are via four pairs of 4mm binding posts, whilst the IEC mains output socket allows ancillary equipment to be powered up simultaneously. Rack mounting is standard.
Dynamic power is 2x70W into 4 ohms. CD, Tuner, DVD/Aux, tape input and output levels are 10dBu nominal, the phono player input is moving magnet type of 2.5mV sensitivity, 47k ohms. Overall power consumption (peak) is 185W. The IEC power outlet has a switched capacity of a further 100W (0.43A). Power source: 230V AC 50Hz. Dimensions: 3U rack mounting, depth 307mm. Weight 5kg.
