These items are from a deceased estate and all proceeds will be given to charity.
They are not something I am familiar with and as such I am unable to confirm their functionality. I have however tested the DC resistance value using a DMM which is 0.47 Ohms on one item and 0.50 on the other item. While these are low values they may be correct; I just don’t know. The general physical condition of the items, which is good would suggest the values are in fact correct.
There is no apparent damage however one of the terminals has lost its insulated surround below the external copper tape but is still insulated; see third image.

The high P&P price quoted takes into consideration the insurance which is nearly 15.00 based on the asking price. It is also based upon delivery within the UK but I am prepared to ship overseas but please ask for the P&P price.
The items have their original polystyrene (styrofoam) enclosures which can be seen to be in good condition. One of the boxes does have a corner missing but will note create any issues.
