Misson Cyrus One
For your consideration is the last of three cyrus ones
I’m auctioning, this amplifier is in superb condition for the age, the PCB has been cleaned in an ultrasonic tank, every capicitor is over factory spec, all the switch contacts and the volume balance control are as new due to the cleaning process no oxidisation on the sliding input and output switches, this being one of the common issues with cyrus one the another is the two Red Ruderstein bipolar capicitors which I have photographed, there are no cracks or leakage and this shows the amp as low use and cool storage, the power supply capacitors show way over spec very low esr, there are no dry joints on the main board and again proves low usage these issues usually acure due to heat from storage and ran hot. The last issue with cyrus ones are the RCA input Jack’s clearly seen in my photos, are like new.
The idle current is factory spec no adjustments are needed. I ran a 1K test tone and shows a perfect sine wave clipping at 33 Watts into 8ohm load these are rated at 25 Watts. This is a series seven togal switch model the last series. Enjoy.
