Cambridge Audio Topaz AM5 Integrated Amplifier
I’ve been very impressed with the sound quality from Cambridge Audio equipment. I’ve built up a quality hi-fi system over recent years and have regularly replaced pieces in order to keep up with technology whilst maintaining a quality sound and ensuring compatibility within the system. The AM5 amplifier is the most recent addition and was recommended by a local hifi specialist.
With this amp you get no flashing lights or equalisers but you do get high quality low-noise tone controls. An amp is only as good as the system its connected to and I have coupled it with Cambridge Audio equipment, in particular the Digital Tuner DAB500 and Azur 640C CD Player which I also have for sale. The Azur Navigator which is the handset which comes with the CD player also operates with this Topaz AM5 amplifier.
The amplifier has been used in a pet and smoke-free home and is sold complete with power lead and original instruction manual. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Its with regret I have had to dismantle and sell my hifi but unfortunately I’ve been diagnosed with sudden hearing loss which has affected my musical register and I can no longer hear music, thus the sale of this and the other components – please see other sale items on my site.)
