This has been my own hi-fi system for about 6 years and has largely been used to play downloaded music from an iPod. It’s surprisingly small, well built and sounds great, as you’d expect from Cambridge Audio. It comes with all the original components, including two dock adaptors for different iPods, as well as the manual.
This is the second of these units I’ve owned. The first was replaced under warranty because of an infrequent, intermittent habit of raising the volume unexpectedly. This one has always done the same and I’ve heard of others doing it too so I put it down to a firmware bug and over sensitive volume control knob. It’s never been a major issue.
The unit’s on sale as I’ve now moved over to a streaming system.
