This listing is for a Cambridge Audio A1 Integrated amplifier. The amplifier is in perfect working order, with no crackles from any controls or other issues. It its in great condition too as you can see from the pics. There is the odd small mark but it looks smart, clean and tidy. The amplifier has 5 line level inputs including a tape loop (all via phono sockets) and has large binding posts for speaker outputs. Rated at 30 watts/channel RMS, the A1 is capable of driving most loudspeakers, and is renowned for its simplicity, value and good sound quality. The amplifier will match with most audio equipment and make a nice Hi-Fi separates setup.
There are controls for volume, balance and bass/treble tone controls, plus input selection and tape monitor (for 3 head tape decks), thankfully the amplifier veers towards minimalism and there are no flashing lights, loudness buttons or preset equalizers!
